This large sheet of cheese cloth can be cut to size for use in so many ways. Originally designed for straining and wrapping cheese, this loosely-woven cotton gauze is also excellent for poaching, stuffing poultry, canning, wrapping and wine making. Because it is lint-free, it performs equally well as a cleaning and polishing tool.
