Experience authentic Sri Lankan cinnamon from the legendary producers Sanath and Deepa, whose plantation sits in the sandy soils of Cinnamon village.

This 00 Alba grade offers the perfect balancefiner and more delicate than robust varieties, yet delivering genuine cinnamon punch at a more accessible price point.

Warm, nuanced, and authentically Sri Lankan, it brings genuine character to sweet and savoury dishes alike.
