Made from finely ground salt, two types of charcoal-grilled chillies, and comal-roasted maguey caterpillars, this blend offers a tangy, umami-rich flavour. Perfect for adding depth to vegetables, enhancing crunchy crudits with lime, or seasoning corn and squash.
