Authentic Mexican chipotle flakes deliver bold, smoky heat to elevate your cooking.

These premium flakes come from specially selected, large ripe jalapeosmeatier and fruitier than standard varietiesthat are traditionally smoked to perfection.

Use them whole in salsas, chile con carne, and quesadillas, or grind and rehydrate them into a versatile smoked chile paste.
